I’m exhausted no matter how much I sleep
Fatigue that rest doesn’t fix.
Board-certified clinicians help adults make sense of fatigue, focus, weight, hormones, and burnout—through structured evaluation, not quick labels.
You don’t need a diagnosis to start a conversation. Pick what resonates.

Possible ADHD symptoms? Free ADHD screening—screening is not diagnosis.
Many adults arrive after years of being told to “try harder.” When fatigue, focus, weight, and hormones overlap, rushed visits rarely connect the dots.

Built by a physician who saw what happens when healthcare prioritizes volume over people.
Dr. Sneh Pandey, MD is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine. He is licensed in California, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Florida. He's practiced across inpatient and outpatient care and has treated thousands of patients across metabolic and primary care. That experience shaped how he thinks about care.
Modern healthcare often prioritizes volume over time and thoughtfulness. It affects everyone—patients who feel rushed, and providers who feel they can't practice the way they were trained.
Siya Health was built to be different: more time with patients, clear evidence-based decisions, and no unnecessary system friction.
Not just ADHD care—whole-person, provider-led care.
"Modern healthcare forgot the human side of medicine. Siya Health was built to bring it back."
— Dr. Sneh Pandey, MD
