How our care team works

Siya Health uses a physician-led, primary care–first model—not a psychiatry-only or wellness-app approach. Depending on your state and clinical needs, you may work with a physician, nurse practitioner, or Physician Associate.

Structured evaluation

History, validated tools when appropriate, and labs or neurocognitive testing when clinically indicated. Screening is not diagnosis.

Physician-led plan

Findings explained in plain language. Medication, lifestyle, and follow-up only when clinically appropriate—not guaranteed outcomes.

Concierge-supported follow-through

Intake coordination, pharmacy logistics, and care navigation so plans survive between visits—especially for busy working adults.
